Information Collection and Use
Registration -- A user must register in order to receive email updates with regard to our clients and EPG’s monthly newsletter.  During registration, a user is required to provide certain categories of information, such as name, address, company name, e-mail address and job title. In addition, a user may choose to provide other categories of information, such as types of companies he or she is interested in learning about, prior work history, and additional investment interests. EPG encourages its users to provide all of these fields of information so that users may maximize the effectiveness and level of targeting of the information sent to them.

Passive Collection of Information -- In addition to the information that you actively provide to EPG by methods such as completing the registration form, EPG collects information about how you interact with our site. EPG collects passive information for purposes such as testing and improving a user's experience at the site and the compilation of broad aggregate demographic data and related usage information for internal purposes and for disclosure to clients. The types of passive information collected by this site include, without limitation, your IP address, which type of browser you are using, where you go on our site, and how long you stay on any part of our site. Passive information does not identify you to EPG by name, and EPG does not link your IP address to your personally identifiable information.

The information that you supply to EPG enables us to provide you with developing client news, EPG news, conference call updates, shareholder meetings, and CEO road shows in regard to the company or companies from which you have requested more information. In addition, EPG uses your information in order to customize our site to your interests and enhance your overall experience at our site. EPG tries to recognize you using various methods. In addition, as described above, EPG utilizes passive information to learn more about how you interact with our site. The frequency of these messages will vary depending upon your profile and the amount of news a given client generates. In addition, we may send you free informational updates or round-ups  or notices relating to topics that may be of special interest to you, including conference calls, shareholder meetings or road shows. You will not receive commercial e-mails. Although this is the current policy of the company and the anticipated future policy of the company, it is subject to change without notice. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to opt-out of receiving many of the newsletters and/or news update e-mails whenever EPG sends such messages.

• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with EPG under partnership agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help EPG communicate with you about EPG and our clients.
• If we have the need to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

• New categories of communication may be added to the ‘Receive More Information’ page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
